Quality Control and Standards
CFI Foundry HK LTD has been the official manufacturing partner for WADE Drains for 25+ years, and we could not achieve that without precision, consistency, durability, reliability. We’re dedicated to working with customers to when there are opportunities to improve our service, and we are lean enough to quickly iterate and implement.
Our foundry is ISO 9001 certified, and has been for decades. Depending on the market, we’re also happy to accommodate requirements for EN 877, ASTM, IAPMO, CSA, AS/NZ and more.
Cast Iron
Our foundry specializes in custom OEM parts, produced using high-quality cast iron fittings and drainage products. With multiple casting areas and automation lines, we are able to provide competitive and cost-effective production with a range of volume capabilities including low MOQ for specialty items.
In-house engineering helps us provide rapid development, including tooling, samples, and prototyping.
Castings can be coated with paint, bitumen, epoxy coatings, specialty powder coating (such as the RAL 2001 powder coating shown in the picture), and we also provide acid-resistant enamel (ARE) for floor sinks and similar items.
Assembly Services
Our foundry team includes many areas of expertise beyond castings in gray and ductile iron. Our foundry includes dedicated spaces for machining, painting and surface coatings, and assembly.
Our specialty teams can ship fully or partially assembled products to your specifications, ready for deployment on the job site or display in retail outlets.
Diverse Material Supply
In addition to cast iron, we provide a wide range of materials such as cast copper/brass, aluminum, stainless steel, and more. Our partnerships enable us to meet diverse project requirements efficiently and effectively, with flexible MOQs.
Our engineers visit all partner facilities to ensure products are being made correctly, on time, and to the highest of quality expectations.

CFI Foundry HK LTD was established in 1997 as a Hong Kong trading company and opened the doors of its cast iron foundry in 2003. Today we have multiple OEM partners, and have shipped product lines worldwide.
