Quality Control and Standards
CFI Foundry HK LTD has been the official manufacturing partner for WADE Drains for 25+ years. We achieved that through precision, consistency, durability, and reliability. We’re dedicated to working with customers to identify opportunities, and we are lean enough to iterate and implement on feedback.
Our foundry is ISO 9001 certified. Depending on the market, we can also accommodate requirements for EN 877, ASTM, IAPMO, CSA, AS/NZ, and more.
Cast Iron
Our foundry specializes in cast-iron OEM parts. With multiple casting areas and automation lines, we can provide competitive and cost-effective castings with a range of volume capabilities, including low MOQ for specialty items.
Engineering
In-house engineering helps us provide rapid development, including tooling, samples, and prototyping.
Machining and Quality Control
On-site machining and independent QC product testing ensure that castings are free of pinholes, inclusions, or defects.
Finishing and Coating
We can finish castings in paint, bitumen, epoxy, specialty powder coating (such as the RAL 2001 powder coating shown in the picture), and we also provide acid-resistant enamel (ARE) for floor sinks and similar items.
Assembly Services
In addition to producing in-house castings, our foundry has dedicated spaces for product assembly.
Products can ship fully or partially assembled to your specifications, ready for deployment on the job site or display in retail outlets.
This includes everything from the gaskets to the bag of screws to the labeled box with printed instructions.
Diverse Material Supply
In addition to cast iron, we oversee production on a wide range of materials, including copper/brass, aluminum, stainless steel, and more. Our partnerships enable us to meet diverse project requirements efficiently and effectively, with flexible MOQs.
Our engineers visit all partner facilities to ensure products are being made correctly and on time.

CFI Foundry HK LTD was established in 1997 as a Hong Kong trading company and opened the doors of its cast iron foundry in 2003. Today, we have multiple OEM partners and have shipped product lines worldwide.
